BSA August Shoptalk

Curious about the BSA's innovation work and the road to the Request for Innovations (RFI) process?

Join BSA Staff on August 2 from 12PM-1PM for our first virtual Shoptalk, where we'll discuss the how and why of our innovation work. At this session, you will learn about work that the BSA has been undertaking over the last several years, the organization’s shift from being program-driven to impact-driven, what these changes mean for our members, and new opportunities for collaboration.

As part of an ongoing effort to center our community in this process, these shoptalks will be a time to hear directly from us on the progress of the innovation work, ask questions, provide feedback, and learn about opportunities to get involved with RFI teams. All are welcome.

The slides and recording will be available online afterwards for those who are unable to join. The second shoptalk will take place in early Fall and will be a continuation of the conversation.
