About This Position

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. This role supports both the marketing and leadership teams in developing high-quality marketing materials and maintaining brand consistency across print and digital platforms.

You’ll be responsible for managing and refreshing our marketing content library—including project sheets, resumes, client references, project data, and more—ensuring information is current, well-organized, and aligned with Saam’s brand. Your ability to write compelling content, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and bring a creative eye to all deliverables will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update marketing databases with current project, staff, client, and consultant information.
  • Write and refine marketing content such as project summaries, case studies, and promotional materials.
  • Support the implementation of Saam’s social media strategy through content creation, post scheduling, and trend monitoring.
  • Manage the image archive and assist in coordinating photography sessions.
  • Assist with the preparation of award submissions, ranking surveys, and related content for industry publications and organizations.
  • Support the development and production of proposals and other marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of professional experience, preferably within the architecture, engineering, or construction (A/E/C) industries.
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Microsoft Word, Excel, and ideally Deltek Vantagepoint or similar CRM systems.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience preparing or contributing to public proposals, including state and/or federal RFPs, RFQs, or RFIs.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, English, Journalism, Business, or a related field is preferred.
