Amenta Emma is seeking an architectural designer to join our Boston office. Candidates must have excellent verbal and graphic presentation skills. Candidates will have the opportunity to contribute to project teams in collaborative work environments.

Role & Responsibilities

• Assist in the conceptualization and development of design ideas, generate diagrams, digital models, interior and exterior renderings, and presentation materials
• Develop space planning, site design, and building massing studies in compliance with code, zoning, and budget constraints
• Prepare presentations for active projects, marketing pursuits, or internal research

Experience and Qualifications

• A professional degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
• 3+ years of professional experience with a minimum of 3 years in multi-family and mixed-use design
• Very efficient with the following design skills & software:
  • 3D Modeling (SketchUp and/or Rhino)
  • Rendering – Lumion
  • Post-processing – Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Presentations – InDesign
• Strong verbal and graphic presentation skills
• Site design and zoning analysis capabilities preferred
