H&A Architects is seeking a Marketing Director to develop and lead successful marketing strategies within our marketing and architectural team. Enjoy Boston-level work opportunities—all while working from our conveniently located Norwell, MA office and staying close to home!
Role Requirements:
- 10+ years’ experience directing or working within a marketing team in a Massachusetts based architectural firm that seeks/sought public and/or state work.
- Successful track record of securing project work through the successful development of proposals for MA State Municipalities, the MA Designer Selection Board, and/or the MA Designer Selection Panel.
- Strong creative vision and understanding of design principles, as shown in a portfolio.
- Expert hands-on skill set and knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Additional creative software skills a plus.
- Very knowledgeable and experienced with Microsoft Office products: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
- Excellent writing and proofreading skills.
- Big picture planner and optimistic problem solver.
- Enjoys leading a team and mentoring and coaching others to achieve common goals.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
