We are seeking a Project Designer or Architect with at least 3 years of experience to join our growing team on a variety of project types from conceptual design through construction. The position is part-time (15-25 hours), with the potential to transition to full-time. Our workflow is collaborative and hybrid—balancing working remotely and in the workplace in Kendall Square, and we value the work-life balance the hybrid model fosters.

Responsibilities

• Design beautiful, smart solutions that address client needs/goals.
• Coordinate with clients, consultant teams, and contractors.
• Produce design and construction drawings, documents, and specifications.
• Develop presentation material for client meetings and presentations.
• Attend client meetings and develop productive working relationship with clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Architecture with at least 3 years of professional experience
• Advanced Revit skills with Construction Document experience preferred
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop)
• Experience with Enscape preferred (or motivation & enthusiasm to learn)
• Excellent design, verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to deliver high quality work in a remote work setting
