We are searching for a talented Construction Project Manager


Responsibilities:

With leadership from the Director of Real Estate Design, Construction and Sustainability, the Construction Project Manager (CPM) is the lead day-to-day facilitator for all new construction and renovation projects, serving as the primary point of contact for all internal project stakeholders and clients, and overseer of all external supports, architects and contractors. With support from the Design & Construction team, the CPM maintains full responsibility for the successful planning and execution of all assigned projects, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget and to the delight of our clients and stakeholders. CPMs are expected to participate in the entire process, from strategic space planning and design through construction and delivery. CPMs are highly organized, detail-focused and responsible for ensuring full compliance at all times with all regulatory requirements, Joint Commission standards and internal expectations, while maintaining current, accurate files, designs and plans and documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or other related discipline preferred, or the equivalent amount of combined experience, education and training.
  • Familiarity and/or experience with healthcare design, construction, engineering, including knowledge of local, state and federal regulatory requirements, strongly preferred.
  • Must be able to understand and communicate construction plans.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, project scheduling software is required.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is preferred.
  • Five (5) years of progressively more responsible experience in construction planning, design, estimating and budgeting, management, project management and/or facilities engineering strongly preferred, with experience in cost estimating, budgeting and space planning highly beneficial.
  • Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired

**Available to regular status employees who are scheduled to work a minimum of 20 hours.
