Winslow Architects Inc. (WAI) is an architectural firm that has specialized in community-based affordable multifamily housing and custom single-family homes for 40 years - including work with Public Housing Authorities, community centers, senior housing, accessible housing and historic preservation.
Project Manager - Minimum 10 years experience representing architectural firm working directly with the client and directing the efforts of the AE team – typically including sub-consultants for MEP, Structural and Civil engineering. Minimum of 5 years working on projects involving Public Housing Authorities.
Project Architect – Architectural Registration required. Minimum 10 years experience preparing construction documents for multifamily housing.
Designer – 3-5 years experience working in an architectural office on Schematics and Construction Documents for multifamily housing. Strong knowledge of Revit and CAD along with other computer aided rendering programs.
