Bruner/Cott Architects is seeking a new architect or architectural designer to join our mid-sized full-service practice in Boston, MA. Our collaborative design practice strives to create thoughtful design solutions, transform places, and enhance the human experience while respecting the natural environment, project site, and existing building conditions. Candidates should demonstrate:

• 3-7 years of experience
• A strong sense of design and building technology expertise
• An ability to work collaboratively
• Ability to work independently
• Experience in SD-CD document sets
• Proficiency with one or more 3D modeling programs and Adobe Suite
• Commitment to and expertise with a high level of sustainable design thinking
• Ability to communicate visually and verbally
• A professional degree in Architecture and/or demonstrated progress on path to licensure recommended

This position is hybrid, with a flexible in-office schedule requiring three days in the office/on job site based on team needs.
