About The Position:
A candidate could have 0 - 6 years of experience working on projects from schematic design through construction documents and emerging strong technical expertise, basic time management skills and the ability to balance immediate deadlines and long term goals.
Primary Roles + Responsibilities:
Product and material research
Basic drawing and modeling of all design phases
Conduct existing conditions surveys of buildings
Secondary Roles + Responsibilities:
Administrative work on specifications, correspondence, and other clerical tasks
Administrative work in Task Management and Office Management Programs
Work with a mentor in the office who would help you develop and achieve your professional objectives
Requested Skills:
Bachelors or Masters Degree in Architecture
Someone on a pathway to Architectural Registration preferred but not required
Solid knowledge of Revit experience is highly preferred
Interest or Experience in public housing, educational, municipal, and mixed-use commercial work preferable
Graphic design skills such as Adobe InDesign/Illustrator/ Etc.
Must be a strong collaborator and interested in a small firm experience
