KMA Design Studio is seeking self-motivated individuals for the Designer I, II, and III positions. We are seeking individuals looking to become part of a 60 person firm in a busy remote & collaborative environment.

Essential Functions:

• Collaborate with architects, BIM specialists, and consultants to produce coordinated schematic designs, contract drawings, and construction administration documents under the supervision of project staff.
• Develop images, diagrams, and renderings for presentations using multiple applications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in architecture from an accredited university is required.
• Experience in the AEC industry and an understanding of architectural design fundamentals is preferred.
• Proficiency with Revit Architecture in a collaborative multi-user environment.
• Proficiency in Lumion, Photoshop, and Illustrator is preferred.
• Ability to analytically gather, organize and interpret data to identify discrepancies, problems, or issues, and to obtain advice when precedents are unclear or unavailable.
• Ability to complete tasks independently with intermittent direction from supervisory staff.
• Solid organization and communication skills, as well as an ability to work well in a team environment.
• Candidates must reside in the continental United States, Eastern or Central time zone, and have access to a broadband internet connection.

Compensation will be based on skills and experience.
