Women of Carbon Film Screening

PAYETTE and Women in Design are proud to present a screening of Women of Carbon, a powerful film that highlights the contribution of women driving sustainability and embodied carbon initiatives in the built environment. Directed by Basia and Leonard Myszynski, the film showcases architects, interior designers, material innovators, and industry leaders who have made a significant impact in this field.

Following the screening, we will host a panel discussion featuring female sustainability leaders from the Northeast and Boston area to share their insights into the film and the industry. The panel will include Yasemin Kologlu, one of the women featured in the film, former principal at Skidmore Owings and Merrill in New York, and current fellow at Architecture2030; and Meghan Shaw, Cambridge Energy Alliance Outreach Director. The discussion will be moderated by Andrea Love, Principal and Director of Building Science at PAYETTE.
