Placemaking Network & Access Committee: View Boston Prudential Sunset Tour (In-Person)

Event Description

Be a tourist in your own city and come see View Boston, a 360 degree observation deck at the top of the Prudential Tower. Perkins & Will and Boston Properties will lead a tour of the design of the interactive exhibition space with a focus on placemaking and accessibility. The journey starts at the entrance to View Boston in the Prudential Center between Allbirds and Madewall. We will wander the exhibition and see our city in a new light, learning from the team who transformed an icon into a place even locals want to visit. We will see 3D models designed for the blind and children while overlooking Fenway Park, step into a panorama video of trick or treaters in Beacon Hill, stand behind the iconic Prudential sign, and so much more. Join us for a drink at the end overlooking the sunset at Stratus on the 51st floor.

Please be on time as typically this space requires tickets. Be prepared to show your confirmed registration for each person.
