Event Description

Have you ever wondered what the construction cost estimating process involves? Where do estimators begin when they receive your drawings and specifications? Is the timeline of two to three weeks for completion of estimates essential? Sometimes, the level of detail in an "order of magnitude" cost estimate appears similar to that in a schematic design or design development estimate. What is the difference? What can we, as architects and project managers, do to support the cost estimating process to ensure it is as efficient and accurate as possible?

Join us for a conversation with Peter Bradley, President and Owner of PM&C, a Cost Management services firm. We'll pick his brain with our pressing questions and open it up to attendees to join in the discussion as well.
