Elliot Glassman AIA, NCARB, LEED BD+C, CPHD
Elliot Glassman is a Senior Associate and Senior Technical Principal with Built Ecology, WSP's high performance and sustainability group. He is also the National Leader of Computational Design for Building Systems and the lead of WSP's global computational design group WSPnext. In 14 years of combined professional practice as an architect and sustainability consultant, Elliot has worked on various projects around the world, each requiring a unique response to a diverse set of climatic, site, and programmatic conditions. His main area of expertise is passive building design for energy, daylight, comfort, water efficiency and renewable energy.

Joelle Jahn, NCIDQ, CPHC, LEED AP, WELL AP, Fitwel Ambassador
Joëlle Jahn is an Associate, Technical Principal, and Project Manager leading the Strategy and Certifications team for WSP’s Built Ecology group in Boston. She has worked closely with clients to provide energy and carbon benchmarking, Net Zero Carbon strategy, renewable energy analysis, and broad sustainability strategy for a variety of client types. Joelle brings an ability to organize, analyze, and manage data while leading clients to develop Net Zero Energy and Carbon goals. Joëlle is a Technical Advisor to the City of Boston’s Net Zero Carbon Zoning Code.

Dave Venturoso, PE, CEM
David Venturoso is a Senior Associate leading the Analytics team for WSP’s Built Ecology group in Boston. He has over 11 years of experience providing energy efficiency analysis, LEED certification and commissioning for high performance new construction and existing buildings. David specializes in strategic energy planning for building electrification, net zero carbon and Passive House performance for City and State permitting. David serves as a leader of WSP’s national technical committee for Building Electrification and Decarbonization. He is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) and Certified Energy Manger (CEM).
