About This Position

Patrick Ahearn Architect is seeking a full-time Architect / Project Manager with 8+ years of experience to be based out of our Newbury Street office in Boston’s historic Back Bay. The Architect will be responsible for design development and project management of both new residences and renovations, ensuring seamless design and execution. Within the studio we use a variety of tools to convey design concepts to clients, including AutoCad, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, Lumion, and hand drawings – our ideal candidate is skilled in most if not all of the above. This is an on-site in-office role with a requirement for the Architect to visit job sites as needed; hybrid and remote candidates will not be entertained.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture

Professional licensure a plus but not required

Architecture and Architectural Design skills

Experience in project management and construction documents for residential projects

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Self-motivated team player looking for a collaborative environment
