EHA+D is a small, award-winning, residential-focused architecture firm recognized for our design excellence and our commitment to energy efficient and sustainable building. We are looking for a well-rounded team member capable of participating in all aspects of a small practice.

Requirements:

- Willing to relocate to Vermont

- Professional Degree in Architecture

- 2 years minimum experience working in architecture firm

(including internships)

- Appreciation for, and attention to detail

- Licensed or actively working toward licensure

- Proficiency in either Revit or Archicad (we use Archicad)

- Experience with 3D modeling (Rhino, Sketchup, etc.)

- Must demonstrate an interest in working in all aspects of a small architectural practice.

- Must be good at problem solving and have the ability to work independently as well as in teams.

- Strong design skills: Must be able to develop strong design solutions and details at all phases of a project, and be able to clearly explain and represent design ideas

-Construction documents: Must have strong technical skills and visual communication/graphics skills. Candidates should be prepared to demonstrate their knowledge and level of experience preparing construction documents, and coordinating work with structural engineers and other consultants.

- Must be able to work within time constraints.

- Must have strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills and be comfortable meeting with clients, builders and consultants, among others.
